Reporting content or behaviour
Every project, update and comment has a Report action, and you canblock any account from a profile. Blocking takes effect immediately and works both ways: neither of you sees the other's content afterwards.
Reports are reviewed by a person. If something is urgent, email us and say so in the subject.

| Forgotten password | Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If that does not reach you, email us. |

| A photo is stuck in review | Uploads are checked before they can be shown. If one sits for more than a day, tell us which project and we will look. |
| A product link is wrong | Product matches are suggestions, not answers. Replace the item in the app, or add one by hand — every item can be entered manually. |
| I want a copy of my data | Email us and we will send your projects, items, updates and comments. |
| I want to close my account | See Delete your account. |
